The SYHNC100-NIB-23/W-24-P-D-E23-A012 test system consists of four parts, which are three-phase

PWM rectifier, servo driver – motor system under test, load servo driver – motor system and upper computer,

two of the motors are connected through the coupling. The measured motor works in the electric state, and the

load motor works in the power state. SYHNC100-NIB-23/W-24-P-D-E23-A012 is used to control the speed of the

whole test platform. The load servo drive-motor system works in the torque closed-loop state and changes the

torque of the load motor by controlling the current of the load motor. The load variation of the motor under test is

simulated, so that the speed and torque can be adjusted flexibly on the cross-feed towing test platform, and various

test functions can be completed. The upper computer is used to monitor the operation of the whole system.

According to the test requirements, it sends out control instructions to two servo drivers, receives their running data at the same time, and saves, analyzes and displays the data.
