Vt-hnc100-1-23-w-08-p-0 in the VT-HNC100 series. VT-HNC100 Digital Axis controller is a programmable

CNC controller that can control up to four axes. It meets the specific requirements of hydraulic drive

closed-loop control. The VT-HNC100-1-23-W-08-0-0 has one hydraulic shaft, wall-mounted housing, and

eight digital inputs/outputs. It also has a family of 23 components and has PROFIBUS DP bus connectivity.

The controller improves the motion performance, simplifies the automation structure, and can be

connected to the main control unit of the machine through the field bus.

The digital proportional valve with amplifier + shaft controller achieves position closed loop control in any

direct or rotating hydraulic actuator. They are integrated into direct acting or pilot proportional directional

valves and are controlled by an external or internal generator for position feedback. For each of the

following types of position sensors, whether integrated in or installed outside the actuator, the type of

electrical interface must be indicated in the controller model number:
Analog type:
• Potentiometer type (voltage signal)
• Magneto (voltage or current signal)
Digital type:
• Magneto (SSI serial interface)
• Linear or rotational coded (TTL logic signal)
