In recent years, the state has successively introduced a number of relevant policies to encourage the development and innovation of the artificial intelligence industry, focusing on systematically expanding the 1756-PAR2 application scenarios of artificial intelligence and guiding the high-quality development of the industry economy, including coordinating the promotion of scene innovation, accelerating the construction of information infrastructure, and promoting the deep integration of big data, artificial intelligence, information technology and intelligent manufacturing. We will explore new models and paths for the development of artificial intelligence. With the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence, policies are gradually taking into account innovation promotion and regulatory strengthening, aiming to cultivate a healthy, orderly and sustainable industrial ecology, while addressing the challenges and risks brought by technological progress.
First, industry application solutions are still in the core position of the artificial intelligence industry
1756-PAR2 From the perspective of segmented industries, the artificial intelligence industry is mainly composed of three segmented industries: basic components, key core technologies and industry application solutions. In 2023, the artificial intelligence industry solution industry accounted for the largest proportion of 117.68 billion yuan, an increase of 10.5%. With the rapid development of AIGC (generated AI) technology and the emergence of new application scenarios such as metauniverse and AI digital people, it is expected that in the next three years, industry application solutions will still occupy the largest proportion of the scale of China’s artificial intelligence industry, and the scale of artificial intelligence industry segments will increase at a compound annual growth rate of more than 18%. It is expected that by 2026, the industrial scale of industry application solutions will reach 199.68 billion yuan, followed by key core technologies and basic components, with an industrial scale of 120.56 billion yuan and 81.61 billion yuan, respectively.

Second, the AI capital market has entered a calm stage, and the trend of “intensive cultivation” is obvious
The capital market is transitioning from “wide net” to “intensive cultivation”, and the overall trend of investment and financing in the field of artificial intelligence in China in recent years is not optimistic. After the number of financing events and the amount of financing reached the “peak” in 2021, in 2022, under the background of global economic turmoil and the ups and downs of the epidemic, capital investment confidence is insufficient, and the financing value of the domestic artificial intelligence industry has fallen sharply. At present, the capital market pays more attention to its intrinsic value and technical strength, the possibility of commercial landing, and the potential for long-term sustainable development when selecting projects, rather than merely pursuing short-term heat or market scale expansion. This trend indicates that the investment logic of the AI industry is undergoing a profound shift, gradually transiting from the 1756-PAR2 previous “wide net” to “intensive farming”, helping to promote the development of the entire industry to a healthier and orderly direction.
Third, the boom of large model research and development, “domestic large model” is growing rapidly
The launch of large model products began in 2018, and the global large model product release reached its peak in 2021, when the number of releases was 69, with a growth rate of 331%. By the end of July 2023, the total number of global large model releases has reached 268. In terms of China’s large model products, since 2019, China has also opened a boom of release, and gradually emerged a number of products with industry influence. In 2023, the release of large models in China has grown rapidly, only from January to July, 64 large models have been released, and a total of 130 large models have come out, accounting for 67.4% of the world.
