Application field

The ToolKit software used with this genset control has multi-language capability. English, French, German, and Japanese are just a few of the fourteen supported languages. The built-in HMI has a color LCD and soft keys (now with dedicated buttons) for easy, direct control of the 8440-2082 unit. Multi-level password protection prevents unauthorized changes.

The easYgen-3000XT model 8440-2082 has three freely configurable PID controllers. It offers import and export control (kW and kvar), as well as MCB and GCB synchronization (slipping/phase matching). There are four operating modes for this genset control, as well as the option to configure the unit for manual breaker control.
