Improved GTO switching features:
At high power (3 kA / 4.5 kV), the GTO output SOA (safe operating area) is significantly improved.
An integrated gate driver converts the cathode current to zero before the anode voltage begins to rise, improving efficiency and safety.
Low gateway circuit inductance:
The required very low gateway inductance is obtained through coaxial gate feed-through combined with multi-layer PCB gate driver connection.
Values ≥5-6kA/µs can be achieved at 20 V gate voltages, demonstrating excellent performance.
Reduce door drive energy consumption:
By avoiding the door overdrive, the energy consumption of the door drive is effectively reduced and the overall efficiency is improved.
Quick conversion capability:
