Eaton Changzhou plant integrates digital concepts into development planning and adopts advanced operation systems such as ERP, APS, MES and WMS to achieve seamless connection and efficient collaboration in order, design, production and after-sales. At the same time, Eaton Changzhou factory uses flexible manufacturing concept, large-scale application of automated manufacturing equipment, deployment of a number of Industry 4.0 solutions, to achieve full automation of production processes.
01, MES system can quickly decompose orders to each production line, to achieve the whole process from order to delivery data driven, traceability of the whole process of product manufacturing.
02, intelligent storage system uses robot combination for scientific scheduling management, improve the storage, sorting and finished product transportation capacity of multi-specification materials in complex scenarios, and realize the transformation of “from people to things” to “from things to people”.
03, the equipment predictive management platform relies on data quantitative analysis and visualization technology to carry out health management and predictive maintenance of each production equipment, effectively ensure the safe operation of equipment and improve the overall efficiency.
04, fully automated operation with the help of visual sensing and other technologies, to achieve intelligent industrial robots in bending, testing, pay-off and other high-precision assembly and quality management in the field of in-depth application.
05, remote FAT equipment to make product acceptance processing more efficient and agile, while using after-sales remote GEMBA synchronous service logs, to establish a multidimensional, reliable service support system.
Eaton Changzhou Factory will take this as a new starting point, continue to promote the implementation of intelligent warehousing phase II and digital command center, and land more Industry 4.0 practices.
Build a green factory
Start a zero-carbon future
In recent years, Eaton Changzhou Plant has been committed to building a green manufacturing system, promoting the use of renewable energy, recycling and recycling of materials, optimizing energy efficiency and other dimensions, integrating sustainable development into every link of production, and has been awarded the honorary title of “Changzhou Green Factory”.
Eaton Changzhou plant adopts the concept of “Everything as a Grid everywhere”, builds an integrated energy management system based on Eaton Brightlayer™ digital platform, independently develops an integrated EMS control system for power distribution and energy management, and timely eliminates high energy consumption equipment. Greatly improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions, and has passed ISO 50001 energy management system certification.
In the future, Eaton will continue to implement the concept of Industry 4.0, accelerate the realization of sustainable development commitments, and based on its rich experience in the field of digitalization and energy transition, give full play to the advantages of the fully digital factory, and make greater contributions to the realization of a more efficient, flexible and sustainable production model for the manufacturing industry, and jointly move towards a smart future.
