On November 22, Zhongkon Technology successfully won the alkali recovery DCS+APC+OTS control system solution project of Indonesia Golden Paper’s new PD4 plant, which not only once again demonstrated the product and technical strength of Zhongkon technology, but also further consolidated its position in the international market.

Sinar Mas Group is one of the largest conglomerates in Indonesia, and its Sinar Mas Paper is a global leader in the paper industry, with products and operations around the world. The new PD4 plant is located in Karawang Industrial Park, West Java, Indonesia, is the second largest investment project of Golden Paper in Indonesia in the past three years, with an annual design capacity of more than 3 million tons, covering pulp line, alkali recovery, power station, paper machine production line and other core sections.

In this project, the Central Control Technology will provide the distributed control system (DCS), as well as advanced process control software (APC) and simulation training system (OTS) for the full evaporation, combustion and causticization system of the PD4 plant alkali recovery project. This all-round integrated solution requires suppliers to have strong technical reserves and strong comprehensive strength, which is the advantage of Zhongcong technology.
