01 Multi-process automation transformation

It can also cooperate with the AGV field to customize composite robots, which can easily achieve functions such as loading and unloading and unmanned distribution. While improving efficiency, we strictly control product quality, improve product yield, and reduce production costs.
02 Man-machine cooperation safety production
Power battery production workshop on the ground will accumulate carbon powder is easy to slip, and the channel is narrow, in some man-machine mixed sections, the installation of traditional automation equipment fence, further crowded workers’ activity space, there are safety risks.
Yuejiang cooperative robot has 22 safety functions, comes with 5 level collision detection, can also be equipped with wearable safety skin, in fastening and testing links can work side by side with workers in the same space, without safety fence separation, taking into account safety and efficiency, while saving space.
03 Respond quickly to production needs
The energy density of the power battery has reached a new high every year, with a battery life of only 300 kilometers in 2018 and 1,000 kilometers in 2022. The rapid growth of battery performance has promoted the rapid iteration of production technology, and the process has become more complex.
Traditional industrial robots occupy large space, complex programming, cumbersome transformation, and rely on professional engineers, it is difficult to quickly respond to new and diversified production needs.
