Recently, Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. came the good news that the 2050 intensive heat treatment line project, which is participated by Yingweiteng, has been completed and put into operation, which is the first time to realize the industrial production of the full continuous heat treatment of hot rolled ultra-thin ultra-high strength steel in the world. At present, the first batch of products have completed the delivery task, and the product quality has been unanimously recognized and praised by customers.

SNSC110X 01 | Advanced independent research and development technology

In June 2020, Inwitten set up the domestic response working group of Baowu Group to achieve the integration of internal resources of the company. In 2021, Baosteel 2050 added an intensive heat treatment line project. With the performance of Baosteel Zhanjiang, Baosteel Baoshan Courtyard, Baosteel 2050 supporting longitudinal tangent line, as well as technological innovation strength and excellent market performance, Yingweiteng stood out among many strong competitors. During the epidemic period, we overcame multiple difficulties and cooperated with the general contractor and the owner to complete all transmission commissioning and successfully put into production in early 2023.

Baosteel 2050 Intensive heat treatment line project is a high SNSC110X strength steel continuous rapid heat treatment production unit with the goal of “high strength, high quality, high efficiency and intelligence”. The unit is equipped with core process equipment such as strong straightening, gas quenching + water quenching.

According to the actual needs of engineering design, Yingweiteng provides engineering transmission IPE300 single machine transmission and GD800 Pro, GD600 more machine transmission to meet the needs of the project, help Baosteel to tackle the key core technology of hot rolling, fill the domestic gap, and change the thin specification ultra-high strength steel (especially < 3mm thickness 960Mpa level) dependent on imports. Promote the overall upgrading and iteration of the industrial chain.
