The inverter is mainly composed of rectifier, filter, inverter, brake unit, drive unit, detection unit and microprocessor unit.
The functions of each part are as follows:
The rectifier. Convert alternating current at a fixed operating frequency into direct current.
The filter. Filter out high order harmonics from the power grid to reduce their interference with electric motors and other electrical equipment.
The inverter. The direct current can be converted into AC electrical energy and output to the motor for power.
The brake unit. When the motor is decelerated, the electrical energy is consumed through the brake resistance, thereby reducing mechanical wear and noise.
Drive unit. Work according to the set program, control the amplitude and pulse width of the output square wave, so that superimposed into an approximate sine wave AC motor drive.
Detection unit. Detect the current, voltage, temperature and other parameters of the inverter to provide signals for the protection circuit.
Microprocessor unit. Control the coordination of each part of the inverter, and the input signal processing, calculation, storage and so on.
