Description

[1] First use the resistance method to measure the resistance between the 1-20 pins of

the terminal X2, generally about 5K, such as significantly small, indicating that the 24V

load has a short circuit phenomenon, can detect V2,V3,U1 (FDS8958A),A1,D4(MAX4622),

common damaged components are V2,V3, D4 breakdown, And two yellow filter capacitors.

[2] Use the resistance method to detect the on-line resistance between pins 5-20 of the socket X2,

which is generally about 3K. Note: The 5V power supply has nothing to do with the 5V power supply of A1

(78L05), which is from the communication board, so the power load short circuit will cause the DGG of the

communication board to turn red and report the 5240 fault. The 5V power supply load involves more components

and is also difficult to repair, because they are all patch components. There is no good way to pick off the power supply

foot of the patch component, and only one piece can be removed to detect the in-line resistance. In addition, the damaged

components are generally not damaged by a single one, which involves D5,D6,D7(HC125),D8(FST3345),D10(CD4053) and A2611 optocoupler.

1: Test the on-circuit resistance of the finishing diode A7, the on-circuit resistance between +VCC and -VCC is about

5K, such as significantly small, indicating that the load has a short circuit phenomenon, can detect V207,C213-C216

,V216,V211 and so on.
2: The high-frequency transformer secondary is the voltage generated by the 555 time base circuit oscillation circuit,

after finishing A7 to produce 23.5V for V207,V212,A202, of which A202 (78L05)1 pin output 5V voltage is the working

power supply of each logic circuit.
3: If the finishing diode A7 has no short circuit, the resistance between A202 (78L05) 1-2 can be detected, generally

about 3K, if there is a short circuit, D204(MAX4622A),D201(74H02) can be detected, and D201 damage is common.
Note: Do not power on the test plate after removing MAX4622, otherwise the 2 finishing diodes A7 will be damaged.
