ABB DSQC 651A Communication configuration

Description

ABB robot standard I/O board DSQC651 is the most commonly used board,

we take DSQC651 configuration as an example. ABB standard 1/0 boards are

mounted under the DeviceNet field main line and communicate with the DeviceNet fieldbus through the X5 port.
The first step is to create the DSQC651 board.

board and configuration signal today is mainly introduced, for some devices that need to

be controlled by analog, such as analog control of welding voltage and current, DSQC 651

board card is used, as shown in the following figure.
The third step, DSQC651 mainly provides 8 channels of digital input signal, 8 channels of digital

output signal and 2 channels of analog output signal processing, the output current is up to 500mA

, if the current is greater than 500mA when driving the load, it may damage the output point, should pay special attention when using.
