ABB DSTA 131 57120001-CV Control motherboard
The DSTA131 57120001-CV controls some high voltage output (120 V ac, 125 V dc, or 240 V ac)
end components of the motherboard using plug-in SPDT (Type C) electromechanical relays. Plug-in sockets
allow fields to replace individual relays.
DSTA131 57120001-CV Relays and associated receptacles are located in the assembly cover of the terminal
assembly. The terminal component switch output uses a non-hermetically sealed universal relay.
These components
are capable of providing mixed voltages and provide signal isolation by positioning the low-voltage input to the output
on the other side of the terminal assembly. The high voltage discrete output is always an external power supply.

In both configurations, when the FBM output is turned on, the relay coil is energized and the relay contact switches from
the normally closed
(NC) position to the normally open (NO) position. Position FBM+24 V dc auxiliary power supply is used to
energize the relay coil. The terminal assembly with power distribution has a dedicated patch panel providing
connection to the external power supply and is distributed internally in the terminal assembly connected to each
relay output channel. Line or front power supply is blown; The neutral or negative electrode of the power supply is
connected to the magnetic field. The relay terminal assembly has a pair of external excitation voltage terminals,
and the distribution of customer-supplied wetting voltage to the assembly of these terminals allows the field power
supply to conciliate assemblies between the terminals.
