Description
SDCS-POW-4-SD: Install cable to motor shaft 5. 7. Lubricate screw <6> with mold 1000
and tighten with 120 Nm torque. 8. Install the cable on axis 6. 9. Pressure test casting robot,
see Chapter 7.3, Cable, Shaft 6. 10. Calibrate the robot as described in Chapter 9 Calibration.
In the wrist, remove the wrist. 2. Drain the oil by opening two magnetic plugs. 3. Remove the
screws <3>. Press out motor <2> with pin screw (M8x65). Keep track of the gasket <7> between
the motor flange and the wrist strap housing. 4. Measure the distance between the motor flange
and the gear surface. Use tool 6896 134-GN. Write down the distance.
Sdsc-pow-4-sd: Be careful not to hit or strike the shaft axially, nor move the shaft in any way, as this
can cause an incorrect air gap in the brake. 5. Press out the gear from the shaft. Use nipple 6896
134-AA + TREDO gaskets as seals, + SKF nipple 101 8219 + SKF injector 226270.
