DS200SNPAH1ABA voltage and current feedback VCO:
The voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) circuit on the DCFB board converts the input voltage into a frequency signal. Each VCO has a nominal output frequency of 250 kHz. The output frequency ranges from 0 to 500 kHz, depending on the input voltage. By connecting the 1PL, the VCO output is transmitted to the SDCC/LDCC board to provide the following feedback:
SCR bridge ac input voltage
bridge output voltage
motor voltage (NA)
millivolt signal from field shunt
millivolt signal from the armature shunt
DS200SNPAH1ABA sends feedback to SDCC/LDCC board (1PL-13) through connector 1PL, pin 13, output bridge VCO circuit. The voltage supplied to the circuit can be scaled using the DIP switch SW4. The test point TP37 on the SDCC/LDCC board receives the diagnostic signal from the frequency voltage reconstruction circuit via the 1PL-37. Ac – coupled oscilloscope can be used to view and diagnose the bridge voltage signal. Through the 1PL-39, the second VCO transmits the motor voltage feedback to the SDCC/LDCC board. The voltage supplied to the circuit can be scaled using the DIP switch SW5.
The DS200DTBAG1A is a digital contact terminal board manufactured by General Electric and is part of the Mark V LM series used in gas turbine control management systems. Q11, Q21, and Q51 are the locations of the contact Input Terminal Module (DTBA). The first 46 contact inputs in the same digital kernel are connected to the TCDA via DTBA. To enable the fail-safe contact input function, you can configure the input in the TCDA IO configuration to reverse the contact induction. The JY receives 125 V DC power from the DTBA board. The TB2 terminal board allows the contacts in the digital core to input DTBA and DTBB terminal boards with an excitation voltage of 125 V dc from the core or 24 V DC
