The DS200SSBCG1A is a Potential Transformer Current Transformer I/O board developed by Ge under EX2000 excitation system. The main function of the DS200SSBCG1A board is to isolate and scale voltage and current signals from PT and CT. It also has auxiliary inputs and outputs for low voltage (10 V DC) or 4 to 20 mA current signals.
Signal of voltage
Six high-precision transformers with a secondary rating of 1.6 Vrms and a primary rating of 120 Vrms are used on the PTCT board. On PTCT, a separate wiring point is provided for each major connection. Use test points TP1 to TP12 to measure the voltage signal.
Current signal
The PTCT board consists of three CTS, each of which is equipped with a load resistor at the secondary end. A separate end point is provided for each primary connection. Measure the voltage at both ends of the load resistor R10 to RI2 at the test points TP13 to TP18.
Low voltage or current input
Depending on the jumper Settings on the PTCT, the low voltage signal (10 volts) input can be converted to a 4 to 20 mA signal input. The FTCT contains manually removable hardware jumpers represented by the BJ nominating method.
