SYN 5201 and SYN 5202 SYNCHROTACT 5 Synchronizer Uses The digital synchronizer is used as follows:
Used for automatic synchronization and alignment between multiple generators;
Used for automatic juxtaposition between synchronous and asynchronous lines, transmission lines and busbars (including voltage regulator switch matching);
As a parallel monitoring device (synchronous detector), used to monitor automatic or manual parallel including non-live lines.
The SYNCHROTACT 5 digital synchronization device is used for automatic synchronization and juxtaposition between generators and the grid, as well as for juxtaposition between already synchronized grids. The system frequency applicable to the device is 50/60Hz or 16 21 Hz.
SYN 5201 digital synchronizer is a single channel synchronizer, its components and software design are very reliable, so that the synchronizer has non-high security, can prevent non-synchronizer closing.
The SYN 5202 digital synchro device includes two independent channels composed of different hardware and software. This dual channel feature further improves the security of synchro device and can prevent non-synchro closing to the greatest extent.
All the required parameters are stored in a parameter set. This parameter set gives the required conditions for parallelization and the characteristics of voltage matcher and frequency matcher. By providing 7 different sets of parameters, the same synchronous device can be realized under different juxtaposition conditions and with different voltage and frequency matcher characteristics. Different parameter sets can be selected through seven configurable numeric inputs and outputs.
Data important to the debugging and control of the synchronous device can be uploaded or downloaded through the PC software SynView or through the keyboard on the panel of the synchronous device.
