BENTLV330OXL8mm electric eddy current sensor system of the United States provides 8Omils (2mm) linear range and 200mV/mil output. It is used for radial vibration, axial (lateral) displacement, speed and phase (Keyphasor) measurement in most mechanical monitoring applications and meets the requirements of American Petroleum Institute Standard 670, Version 4. A variety of thread sizes, probe configurations, and mounting accessories are available.

The BENTLV3300XL11mm eddy current sensor system of the United States is specially used when the BOmi (2mm) linear range of our 8mm sensor cannot meet the requirements. The 11mm eddy current sensor system provides a linear range of 180mils (4mm) and an output of 100mV/mil. It is mainly used to measure the axial (direction finding) displacement, speed, differential expansion and piston rod position (drop) of reciprocating compressor in a large linear range. A variety of thread sizes, probe configurations, and mounting accessories are available.

BENTLV330OREBAM, a high gain eddy current sensor system, is used to measure the micro inch deformation of outer ring of rolling bearing. Compared with the seismic sensor installed on the shell, such as accelerometer, it provides more direct bearing state measurement, and has higher sensitivity and signal to noise ratio. The system has two linear ranges: 16mils (400um) and 40V/mm output, or 8mils (200um) and 20V/mm output.
