133396-01 Overspeed detection I/O module Bently Nevada

The133396-01 is an overspeed detection I/O module developed by Bently Nevada. It is part of Bently Nevada’s 3500/53 electronic Overspeed detection system. The Bentley Nevada Electronic Overspeed Detection System for the Series 3500 Mechanical Detection system is a highly reliable and responsive redundant tachometer system designed to be used as part of the overspeed safety system. It is designed to meet the overspeed protection requirements of American Petroleum Institute (API) Standards 670 and 612. Modules can be coupled to produce a two-choice two or three-choice two voting system (preferred). The overspeed detection system requires 3500 racks with multiple power supplies.

OK LED: indicates that the 3500/53 module is working properly.
The TX/XR LED lights up when the 3500/53 module communicates with other modules in the 3500 rack.
If the 3500/53 module is in bypass mode, the bypass LED lights up.
When 3500/53 is in test mode, the test mode LED lights up.
Alarm LED: indicates that an alarm has occurred in related relays.
Sensor conditioning
Automatic Threshold: For any input above 0.0167 Hz (1 rotation per event). The minimum trigger signal amplitude is 1 volt peak value.
Manual threshold: The value ranges from +9.9 Vdc to -23.9 Vdc. The minimum trigger signal amplitude is 500 millivolt peak value.
Hysteresis: 0.2 to 2.5 volts, user configurable.
