1900/65A vibration monitor

The 1900/65A vibration monitor is a Bently 1900/65A vibration monitor with four independent vibration monitoring channels. The channel parameters of the bently 1900/65A monitor can be set independently. Each channel can choose eddy current sensor, velocity sensor or acceleration sensor. Under the monitoring working condition, the vibration value is displayed in real time (the eddy current sensor displays the peak peak value of vibration displacement, and the speed sensor displays the peak peak value or RMS value).

When the channel type of 1900/65A vibration monitor is acceleration monitoring, the following types of sensors are supported:

200350 accelerometer sensor, 330400 accelerometer sensor, 330425 accelerometer sensor

When the channel type of 1900/65A vibration monitor is monitoring speed and reciprocating speed, the following types of sensors are supported:

190501 speed sensor, 330500 speed sensor, 330525 speed sensor

The 1900/27 is a single-channel, stand-alone, locally mounted vibration monitor. It can be used as a stand-alone machinery protection device, suitable for general-purpose or some essential machinery and provides a built-in 4-20 mA interface for trending the monitored parameter in plant control and automationsystems. The 1900/27 accepts a single transducer input from compatible Trendmaster® 2000 accelerometers, conditions the signal into peak velocity units, and provides local display and status indication as well as alarm relay contact outputs for connection to an external annunciator. By using an optional Rack Buffered Output Transducer Interface Module (TIM), the 1900/27 can also be used in conjunction with our Trendmaster 2000 system. It allows the user to apply machinery protection capabilities to all (or selected) seismic vibration points of the Trendmaster 2000 system.

BENTLY

These accelerometers are used for key mechanical casing acceleration measurement applications such as gear engagement monitoring. The 330400 is designed to meet the requirements of American Petroleum Corporation Accelerometer Institute Standard 670. It provides an amplitude range of 50g peak and a sensitivity of 100mV/g. 330425 is the same, but it provides a larger amplitude range (75g peak) and a sensitivity of 25mV/g. If the machine is protected by enclosure measurements taken as a whole, the usefulness of the measurements for each application should be considered. The most common machine failures (unbalance, misalignment,, etc.) originate in the rotor and cause an increase (or at least a change).

In order for any housing to be measured separately to effectively protect the whole machine, a large amount of rotor vibration must be faithfully transmitted to the bearing housing or machine housing, or more specifically, installed to the sensor. In addition, pay attention to the installation of body sensors. The improper installation of the transducer may cause performance degradation, and/or generate signals that do not represent the actual machine. Vibration output and speed integration may deteriorate. If integrated into speed, for high-quality speed measurement, the 330500 should use a Velomitor sensor.
