Description

Bentley Bently330400 and Bentley Bently330425 accelerometer sensors are mainly used for critical equipment requiring measurement of housing acceleration, such as gear mesh monitoring. The bently330400 is designed to meet the American Petroleum Institute’s API 670 requirements for accelerometers.

There is little difference between the two in terms of electrical and mechanical characteristics, but the big difference lies in the range. Among them, Bentley Bently330400 can measure 50g peak vibration with a sensitivity of 100mV/g. The Bentley bently330425 is essentially the same, with a sensitivity of 25mV/g and a larger range (75g peak).
Electrical characteristic

Bentley Bentley 330400
Sensitivity:
10.2 mV/m/s2 (100 mV/g), plus or minus 5%
Acceleration range:
The peak acceleration is 490m/s2(50g) in the 10Hz to 15kHz frequency band. Vibration When the vibration frequency exceeds 15kHz, especially at the resonant frequency of the sensor, the acceleration response will be severely attenuated.
Amplitude linearity:
±1% within 490m/s2(50g) peak
Broadband background noise (10Hz to 15kHz) : 0.039m/s2(0.004g) rms
