About A6140 9199-00058
■ The A6140 is a series of CMOS low voltage differential (LDO) regulators that deliver up to 150mA while consuming only 2μa of static current (typical).
■ With an input operating range of 2.5V to 36V, it is ideal for multi-cell systems, two – to six-cell battery applications, 9V alkaline and one – or two-cell lithium-ion applications, busbar voltage power systems and other high DC voltage systems.
■ Wide input voltage makes it able to withstand the impact of surge voltage well and ensure the stability of output voltage.
■ Only 2uA (typical) in light load can reduce the standby power consumption of the whole system, which has a high benefit in multi-battery power supply systems.
■ The A6140 is available in SOT-23 and SOT89-3 packages.
