The 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E is part of General Electric Multilin’s 369 Series of Motor Management Relays. This model of the 369, along with its upgrades and accessories, are soon to be discontinued and are in a state of last-time buy. Some upgrades, such as the conformal coating that functions as a protective layer against corrosion, high temperatures, dust, and humidity, can still be added in after the product line is discontinued.

Multilin’s 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E aims to protect and control motors and their accompanying components. The 369 achieves this through a variety of built-in features, some of which include:

Metering: The 369 can monitor quantities like voltage, watts, frequency, and energy, generating protective functions based on the value datas generated.

Event Recording: Directly after a trip, the 369 is able to report the cause of the trip, along with temperature and data values at the time of the trip, enabling users to analyze what’s going wrong in the system.

Pre-Trip Alarms: The 369 can notify users prior to a trip when it is caused by ground faults, mechanical jams, RTD overtemperature, and more.

Motor Health Report: The relay can use learned information and history of system trips to identify when and where maintenance may be required.

Oscillography: Three waveform records are triggered on trip and capture sixteen data cycles. Phase and ground currents and contact input status are both captured during this process.

The wealth of data generated and protective functions employed by the 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E relay assists in reducing troubleshooting time and extending system life, making it an excellent choice for medium-sized motors.
