Function Description:
The DS200PTCTG1B is a voltage and current transformer board manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the EX2000 series for excitation control systems. DS200PTCTG1B Voltage and current signals from PT and CT are scaled and isolated by a voltage transformer Current transformer (PTCT) board. In addition, it provides auxiliary inputs and outputs for 4-20 mA current signals or low voltage (10 V DC) signals. The JKK strip connector is used to connect the isolation transformer secondary to the TCCB board. The line-side voltage is provided by a third set of three-phase PT inputs, which the controller uses for optional voltage matching capabilities. The PTCT board is the destination for these connections.
DS200PTCTG1B current transformer input:
 support a set of two phase CT input. Voltage regulators require A and C phase currents. These CTS provide information about the generator line current feedback for the regulator, limiter, and metering functions controlled by the brushless regulator, including the optional Power system Stabilizer (PSS).
 input need not less than 5 A secondary CT. Provide software modifications for subinputs nominal as low as 3 A.
Each step of the CT requires less than 1 VA of power. The PTCT board is the destination for these connections.
