The DS200SBCAG1A is a static brake card developed by GE. The assembly is installed in the internal mechanical system of the turbine control driver. Speedtronic Mark V control systems offer a wide range of gas and steam turbine control applications. These adaptable and sophisticated control devices provide the monitoring and management systems needed to regulate the turbines.
DS200SBCAG1A relay replacement
1. Power off the drive.
2. Open the cabinet door on the driver to access the circuit board. (The RTBA board is usually located under the drive board rack.)
3. To replace the relay, remove the clip by pressing the top of the clip and pulling either side of the clip to release it.
4. Pull the old relay directly out of the relay socket.
5. Put the new relay into the socket (it can only be installed one way) and press it into place.
6. Center the retaining clip for the new relay over the relay, then press down on the top until the bottom of the clip engages the relay socket.
