The DS200TCCAG2B is a contactor drive plate manufactured by General Electric as part of the Mark V series for gas turbine control management systems. The board connects the drive control to the high-speed contactor. This allows for fast power down protection in the drive. The TCCA board provides power to turn on and off the contactors controlled by the DS200TCCAG2B power supply and the Instrument panel (SDCI). The TCCA board can operate a high speed contactor jumper JP2 on a modified version to the current board. It provides coordination with other TCCA boards in a multi-bridge system. The board is powered by (75-145 V) AC/DC, and the input power is fused by FU1. Contactors used with CDBA plates must have a coil voltage of 30 to 40 V DC. The TCCA board includes an adjustable potentiometer for setting the contactor drive current.
The Speedtronic Mark V gas turbine control system is one of the most mature derivatives of the Speedtronic family. The Mark V system is designed to meet all gas turbine control requirements. The Mark V control board and control card part numbers belong to the DS200 series. The Mark V turbine control system uses a digital microprocessor to control the gas turbine. The Mark V speedtronic system uses a triple-redundant 16-bit microprocessor controller. DS200TCCAG2B is an analog to digital conversion module, belonging to the Mark V board series. The DS200TCCAG2B is a child board that can be connected to GE branded drives and exciters. Once the DS200TCCAG2B is installed in the DSPC board, the card buffers, filters, and converts analog and I/O feeds to the drive.
