GE Simplex Jump Gate DS200TCTGG1AFF is fitted with 21 plug-in relays. It also has three 50-pin connectors and two 12-pin connectors. The ids assigned to the 50-pin connector are JLY, JLX, and JLZ. The ids assigned to the 12-pin connector are JN and JM.
The ids of the 21 plug-in relays are prefixed with K and end with a number. The numbers are in order, starting at 1. Some ids are K1, K5, K10, and K21. The relay is stuck to the circuit board and secured with a metal tape. To remove the relay, remove the metal tape and pull the relay out of the connector. To install the relay, line it up with the connector and press it into the connector. Then, clip one end of the metal tape to the connector, arrange the metal tape on top of the relay, and clip it to the other side of the connector.
When replacing the relay, it is necessary to remove the GE Simplex jump gate DS200TCTGG1AFF from the drive. Communicate with engineers or installation personnel who are familiar with frequency converter installation and experienced with the power supply connected to the frequency converter. Disconnect the power supply by disconnecting a fuse or other necessary means. Before continuing, use test equipment to test the current inside the drive. Disconnect the cable from the circuit board and mark the location of the cable so that you can connect the cable to the correct connector when you reinstall the circuit board.

Changing I/O requirements can be achieved by simply replacing the pmc to satisfy the need to reuse the same underlying platform, reducing ownership of long-term costs.
VME64 extension connector
To maximize the capabilities of the MVME2400, the 5-row 160-pin DIN connector replaces the 3-row 96-pin connector that the VME has historically used for P1 and P2. Two lines, Z and D, add what to the VME P1/J1 and P2/J2 connectors to provide additional I/O for the user. The VME64 expansion Connector is 100% backward compatible with existing VME card systems.
