The IC693CPU351 utilizes memory storage such as Flash and RAM for storing the data and is compatible with PCM/CCM. This modular CPU is configurable to communicate and perform I/O data exchange between I/O expansion or Remote I/O baseplates. Specifically, Seven (7) and / or I/O expansion or remote I.O baseplates. For communication with visualization systems such as Human Machine Interface (HMI) or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) and other automation devices, the IC693CPU351 is provided with Three (3) Serial ports. Optional communications modules available for the IC693CPU351 CPU include the Profibus, GBC, Ethernet, GCM and GCM+ modules. Floating-point math functions are supported by the IC693CPU351 CPU. A key switch is also provided on the IC693CPU351 CPU. A sequential event recorder is also available on the module. The internal coils on the module are rated at 4096 bits and the output (temporary) coils are rated at 256 bits. The power requirements of the IC693CPU351 CPU is 5 Volts DC voltage and 890 milliamps of current. A battery-backed clock and override are available on the IC693CPU351 CPU. The operating temperature range is 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
