The IC694MDL753 is a discrete input module that is part of the PACSystem RX3i Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) series, formerly made by GE Intelligent Platforms and recently acquired by Emerson Automation. The module is a high density digital output module with thirty-two (32) output channels divided into four (4) groups of eight (8) channels each.

Each channel of the module produces an output voltage range of 10.2-28.8 VDC, with a nominal value of 12/24 VDC. It supports only a positive logic wiring configuration where the positive terminal of the output channel is connected to the positive terminal of the connected load. Each channel produces an output current of 0.5 amps, with a maximum current of 4 amps per set and 3 amps per set of common pins. Each channel generates 10ms of 5.4 amperes of inrush current, 0.3 VDC of open voltage drop, and 0.1 amperes of closed leakage current. Each channel has a response time of 0.5 ms

The module is equipped with 32 separate status leds indicating the power-on status of each output channel. To establish module connections, the module is equipped with embedded pins that are compatible with two 24-pin male connectors (Fujitsu FCN — 365 p024 — AU). User-built cables can also be used flexibly, or pre-wired cables with catalog numbers IC694CBL327 and IC694CBL328 can be used.

The IC694MDL753 occupies a single slot in the chassis and can be installed into any available slot, either in a local or remote I/O rack. When the CPU switches to stop mode, all the output of the module is energized.

The IC694MDL753 positive logic output module is a 12/24 volt DC positive logic output module of GE Fanuc RX3i PacSystem I/O module series. IC694MDL753 module provides 32 discrete output points, divided into 4 groups, each group of 8 outputs. The IC694MDL753 module has positive logic outputs or source outputs that can switch loads in the range of +12 to +24 volt DC (+20% to -15%) with source currents up to 0.5 amps per point. Each common output group on the IC694MDL753 module has a 2-pin I/O connector capable of handling current loads of up to 3.0 amps, and they can be used to drive different loads simultaneously, for example, three of the four groups can be used to drive 24 volt DC loads, while the fourth group can be reserved for 12 volt DC loads.

The IC694MDL753 output module has an operating voltage range of 12 to 24 volts DC and an output range of 10.2 to 28.8 volts DC. When the system’s CPU stops, its 32 discrete output points are forced to shut down. Each output group has 500-volt AC isolation for up to 60 seconds. The IC694MDL753 output module has a maximum backplane current of 260 mA at 5.0 V DC. It has a maximum surge current rating of 5.4 amps for 10 milliseconds and a maximum turn-off leakage current of 0.1 mA. The IC694MDL753 output module has a maximum on-state voltage drop of 0.3 V DC and a maximum response time of 0.5 ms (for off and on states). The IC694MDL753 output module can be installed in any I/O slot of GE Fanuc Rx3i PacSystem PLC. It comes with 32 led indicators that show the individual on or off status of each indicator
