The GE Fanuc IC695CPU315 CPU is a RX3i PacSystems 1.0 Gigahertz Celeron M CPU with 20 MB of user memory. Accessories which can be ordered with the CPU include the IC695ACC302 smart auxiliary battery, the IC693ACC302 normal auxiliary battery, and the IC690RBT001 rechargeable battery. Only GEIP approved auxiliary battery packs should be used with the CPU module. In addition to battery backed RAM, the module also includes 20 MB of NVRAM. The IC695CPU315 CPU reserves 32 kilobits of memory for discrete I/O and 32 kilowords of memory for analog I/O. Up to 512 program blocks, each with a size of 128 KB, are supported. Both high-speed serial and RX3i PCU buses are supported by the CPU module. The IC695CPU315 CPU complies with version 2.2 of the PCI standards.
