IS200TREAH2AED GE Turbine emergency trip model

Together, the TREG and TRPG models will control the travel solenoid on the VPRO model; When the two models work together, either of them has the ability to remove power and drive the hydraulic system within the Mark VI system to close the fuel or steam valve. For details on the features of the IS200TREAH2AED board, see the accompanying documentation, which covers features between TREG, TRPG, and VPRO boards.

Description

The Mark VI IS200 Turbo Emergency Trip model IS200TREAH2AED was designed by General Electric to work with the VPRO Turbo Emergency Trip module. When the TREG model is used with the VPRO I/O processor board, it can also work with two other terminal boards, the TPRO/Turbine Protection and the TRPG/Primary Trip boards. The TREG model is specified as the positive electrode of the available 125 VDC solenoid, while the TRPG model is the negative electrode. When used with a VPRO board, the IS200TREAH2AED model will control the 12 relays available on that model. The nine relays will form three groups, with three in each group forming the voting input and then controlling the three trip solenids available on the VPRO processor. The second TREG board can be connected to the VPRO processor, which will be driven from the VPRO board to the J4 connector.

IS200TREAH2AED

In general, the IS200TREAH2AED model can be used in simplex or three-mode redundancy (TMR) systems. When the TREG model is used in a TMR system, it will be completely controlled by the VPRO board via the travel solenoid and J2 power cord connection. When the model is used in a simplex system, an additional cable will be added to transmit the travel signal of the J1 connector to the relevant TSVO terminal board; Additional cables will be available on TSVO models with servo valve clamp function on turbine stroke function.
