The module contains a redundant, safety related processor system. Because of this, all the tests are executed directly on the module. The main
test routines are:
– Linearity of the AD converters
– Cross talking between the 8 input channels
– Function of the input filters
– Function of the IO bus communication
– Selftests of the microcontrollers
– Tests of the memories
Central module F 8650X:
TUV certification, safety level SIL3/AK6. Applicable to H51q system. Two RS485 ports with two cpus in 1OO2 security mode.
Central module F 8652X:
TUV certification, safety level SIL3/AK6. Applicable to the H41q system. Two RS485 ports with two cpus in 1OO2 security mode.
Ethernet communication module F 8627X:
TUV certification, safety level SIL3/AK6. Applicable to H51q and 41q systems. One Ethernet interface to form a secure Ethernet with another F 8627X.
Ethernet communication module F 8621A:
Applicable to H51q and 41q systems. Two RS485 ports for networking with another F 8621A.
Power module F 7126:
Applicable to H51q system. System 5VDC power module.
Power module F 7130A:
Applicable to the H41q system. System 5VDC power module.
Power module F 7131:
Applicable to H51q system. System power monitoring module.
Analog input module F 6217:
TUV certification, safety level SIL3/AK6. Channels are securely isolated from each other, and signals are isolated from the site. (in line with IEC61000 standard), 8 points per card, 4~20mA DC input. The card can supply power to the field instrument.
Switch input module F 3236:
Certified by TUV, safety level SIL3/AK6, with diagnostic function. Channels are securely isolated from each other, and signals are isolated from the field (in accordance with IEC61000 standards). Each card has 16 points. The digital input module (DI) is passive.
Switch output module F 3330:
Certified by TUV, safety level SIL3/AK6, with diagnostic function. Safe isolation between channel and channel, signal and field isolation (in line with IEC61000 standards), 8 points per card, the maximum load capacity of each point is 0.5A, DO signal for active signal output. Each DO channel can be configured with external relays.
