Title: FC-SDIL-1608 HONEYWELL Signal receiving board

1. Shut down the drive and wait a few minutes for all capacitors to discharge. Make sure the power is turned off before touching any circuit.
2. To access the circuit board, open the cabinet door on the driver. (The RTBA board is usually located under the drive board rack.)
3. Carefully disconnect all cables from the RTBA board, as shown below:
1. For the banded cable, hold each side of the cable connector that meets the circuit board connector and gently loosen the cable connector.
2. Carefully pull the cable cable with the cable cable.
3. Loosen the screws at the top of each terminal and carefully pull out each wire connected to the RTB terminal. (Be sure to label the wires for easy reconnection.)
4. Two-core plug (CP1PLCP5PL and Y9PLY37PL) is provided with one-piece fixing clip. To disconnect the connector, press down on the connector rod.
4. Remove the four screws with washers that secure the RTBA plate to the four supports.
5. Place all configurable items on the replacement (new) board in the same position as those on the replacement (old) board.
6. Place the new plate on the four brackets using the four screws and washers removed in Step 4.
7. Reconnect all cables that are disconnected in Step 3 and ensure that each connector is properly positioned at both ends.
8. Reconnect all the individual wires disconnected in Step 3 (as shown on the label), and ensure that each wire is securely secured in the terminal.
