FC-TSAI-1620M Analog input module

FC-TSAI-1620M analog input module is a device that collects remote field analog signals to the computer. It uses RS-485 bus as a data communication line to provide analog to 485 function, which can simultaneously input eight channels of analog to the module and transmit to the computer through RS-485 bus. Variable data obtained by Al module comes from hardware input. FC-TSAI-1620M provides linearization and damping for a major variable data input, and the unit is converted into percentage and limit, so that this variable data becomes the output data of AI module. Variable data input comes from the sensor module and can be selected by channel number.

AI module is an 8-channel analog input module of FC-TSAI-1620M system. With microprocessor (MPU), programmable communication controller and non-volatile memory (E2PROM) as the core, it adopts 24-bit high-speed A/D converter to centrally detect 8 channels of 4-20mA standard signal input. After converting and processing the sampled data, it is transmitted to the intelligent communication module through the bus of the mother board, and then through the bus of the system to the control station for data exchange. The AI6110/AI6210 module has the following features: Each input channel provides power distribution and non-power distribution modes. Each input channel is provided with an overcurrent/overvoltage protection circuit and an EMI circuit. Supports hot swap. Online module replacement does not affect system running.
