At -100 mV, the servo spool is allowing a small amount of fluid to escape, thereby closing the valve. If the target position is raised, thereby removing the RSR from the valve seat, can the servo output start moving the valve at any time without relying on integral action to change the voltage from 10 volts back to 0 volts.
