SCXI-1193 Rf multiplexer switch module
The SCXI-1193 is an RF multiplexer switch module from NI designed for integration with high frequency instruments such as
PXI arbitrary waveform generators and PXI oscilloscopes. It can be programmed to be an unterminated multiplexer,
an externally terminated multiplexer, or a sparse matrix with flexible dimensions. The SCXI-1193 module has a variety of
topologies, including a four-way 8 x 1 multiplexer, a four-way 4 x 1 terminated multiplexer, a dual-way 16 x 1
multiplexer, a dual-way 8 x 1 terminated multiplexer, a 32 x 1 multiplexer, a 16 x 1 terminated multiplexer, and a stand-alone module
In addition, it features 36 MCX jacks for I/O connectors, 2 SMB jacks for triggering connectors, relays made of
silver palladium and gold, and a maximum scan rate of 100 operations per second. The device
is an electromechanical latching relay type, weighs 2 ounces and measures 1.2 x 6.8 x 7.8 inches.
