Product Introduction：
The 125768-01 is a RIM I/O module developed by Bently Nevada with RS232/RS422 interfaces. It is part of the Bentley Nevada 3500 series. The rack interface module serves as the primary interface for the RIM 3500 rack. It supports proprietary protocols for setting up racks and getting machine data.
125768-01 Function Description
The first rack slot must contain the RIM (next to the power supply). RIM is compatible with TDXnet, TDIX, and DDIX Bently Nevada external communication processors.
Although RIM performs some tasks that are shared by the entire rack, it is not an important part of the monitoring system and has little to do with the overall health of the system. You need one RIM per rack. For applications that use triple modular redundancy (TMR), the 3500 system requires RIM’s version of TMR.
In addition to performing all other normal RIM operations, TMR RIM also performs “Monitor channel comparisons”
