The CE687 piezoelectric accelerometer is a general-purpose industry-standard 4 to 20 mA loop-powered vibration sensor (vibration transmitter) with piezoelectric sensing elements, integrated electronics, and current output. Its sensitivity is 4 to 20 mA, proportional to 0 to 10 or 0 to 20 g.
The CE687 can be used as a sensor only, or it can be equipped with an all-in-one cable protected by a stainless steel braided layer. Sensor only versions allow the use of one of a range of different cable assemblies to connect the sensor to the monitoring system, depending on the application and environment.
CE687 is designed and manufactured for use in harsh industrial environments.
