According to the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy, centrifugal fan uses a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerates and changes the flow direction to convert kinetic energy into potential energy (pressure). In a single-stage centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction, changes radial when the gas flows through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. In a diffuser, the gas changes direction of flow and the increased section area of the pipe slows the flow. This deceleration converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. The pressure increase mainly occurs in the impeller, followed by the process of diffuser. In a multistage centrifugal fan, a refluxer is used to flow the air into the next blade to produce a higher pressure.

Centrifugal fan is essentially a variable flow and constant pressure device. When the rotational speed is constant, the theoretical curve of pressure – flow of centrifugal fan should be a straight line. The actual characteristic curve is curved due to internal loss. The pressure generated in the centrifugal fan is greatly affected by the change of intake temperature or density. For a given intake volume, the highest intake temperature (the lowest air density) produces the lowest pressure. For a given pressure and flow characteristic curve, there is a power and flow characteristic curve. When the blower is operating at a constant speed, for a given flow rate, the required power increases as the intake temperature decreases.

10 Day Inspection period: If the purchased CMA123 does not meet your application requirements, or for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of the purchase price within (10) days of receiving the device upon formal application for an RMA number, provided the device is returned in the same state as originally sent.
30 Day Warranty: The  CMA123  day warranty covers any type of problem that is not preexisting and mentioned in the project description and starts from the date the project is “shipped”. Formal requests for project evaluation and RMA number activation must be completed within this 30 day period. Once the warranty is granted, the RMA must be completed within (10) business days and the item will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the item, we will evaluate the following solutions on our own:
