Description
The IS8500 produces 5,600 scan lines per second, has a depth of field of 711.2 mm (28 inches)
and a width of 558.8 inches (22 inches). The defined area is conservatively based on a bar code
width of 0.33 mm /0.013 inch. The actual scanning area will vary depending on label size and application.
The Metrologic IS-8500 series scanner brings the benefits of holography to remote industrial barcode
scanning. Packaged in a rugged NEMA-12 housing for industrial environments, they offer all-round scanning
and come with optional no code/error code warnings. They can be installed in any orientation and are capable of
one/two Settings for added versatility.
