the switching quantity output terminal of the PLC with the switching quantity input

with the switching quantity input terminal of the PLC.

Inverter has a lot of switching terminals, such as forward, reverse and multi-speed control

terminals, do not use PLC, as long as the terminals connected to the switch can be on the inverter

for forward, reverse and multi-speed control. When the PLC is used to control the frequency converter

, if the PLC is used to control the frequency conversion by switching quantity, it is necessary to connect

the switching quantity output terminal of the PLC with the switching quantity input terminal of the frequency

converter. In order to detect some states of the frequency converter, the switching quantity output terminal of

the frequency converter can be connected with the switching quantity input terminal of the PLC.

The hardware connection of the inverter controlled by PLC in the mode of switching quantity is shown

in the figure below. When the internal program of PLC makes the internal hard contact of Y001 terminal

close, it is equivalent to the external switch of STF terminal of the inverter is closed, the input of STF terminal

is ON, and the inverter starts the motor to turn forward. Adjusting the potentiometer connected to terminals 10, 2 and

5 can change the input voltage of terminal 2, thus changing the frequency of the output power of the inverter. And then

change the speed of the motor. If there is an anomaly inside the inverter, the internal contact between the A and C terminals is

closed, which is equivalent to the PLC X001 terminal external switch is closed, X001 terminal input is ON, so it is

necessary to detect the input pressure of the air inlet to control the pressure of the exhaust outlet, so PID adjustment

is adopted, originally the PID of the inverter itself can be used. But in order to set the parameters on the touch screen

(it is complicated here, but it is easier for the customer to operate) module :CJ1M Omron PLC analog input module

CJ1W-MAD42(there are other modules not used here, it is not specified for the time being). Use this channel first: the

following program represents the use of this channel, and I am using the second analog output

channel, this must be set to 1, to indicate the use of this analog channel, very important.
