The MKS979B-01-0013 is the MKS HPS® Series 979B Atmospheric Vacuum (ATV) transducer, a general-purpose vacuum transducer that offers a wide measurement range from 10-10 torr (UHV) to atmospheric pressure.
The transducer combines MEMS-based MicroPirani™ and miniaturized hot cathode sensors to simplify meter integration.
It can be operated via digital communication (RS232 or RS485) or as an autonomous analog unit.
Supports digital communication control for Degas and filament selection, as well as top button control or analog connections.
