0-60007-2 Drive power module
The Reliance 0-60007-2 is a drive power module. This is typically used for high-power SA3000 modules with distributed power systems. 0-60007-2 Rated at 115 VAC. Usually this is labeled as a Reliance component, but it may be labeled with the Baldor-Reliance or Asea Brown Boveri name and/or logo. The part number always reflects 60007-2.
The 0-60007-2 has a front panel attached to the circuit board portion of the module. The panel is double-wide, with a green LED indicator mounted in the top left corner. The bottom left side is filled by a four-position terminal with its own cover. A small indicator LED is located above the component. The terminals on the power distribution board are identified as L1/L2 115 VAC Input and L1/L2 115 VAC Output to Fan.
On the right side of the board, the 0-60007-2 consists of five inductors, two heat sinks, a transformer, as well as resistors, diodes, transistors, and capacitors. It also works as a SAF series air speed switch rated at 50 FPM. On the left is a metal carrier consisting of two transformers, inductors, transistors, high-voltage capacitors using several different materials, disk capacitors, transistors and resistors. This carrier also has a five-position connector with a wired connection threaded through the back of the plate. Right Angle connectors are located along the back edge of the plate.
