The 805405-1 unit is an SF3000 panel mounted single phase field power module manufactured by Reliance Electric. This product has been discontinued by its original manufacturing company, but AX Control worked hard to make this device available to our customers and may now have it in stock. The 805405-1 Field power module is designed to provide adjustable voltage and current regulation excitation processes for DC motors in the AutoMax family. For this purpose, the 805405-1 field power module is used with a three-phase armature power module, both of which are connected to the same PMI rack. The SCR power bridge of the 805405-1 field power module is designed to be operated using AutoMax programming executive software.

The 805405-1 Field power module has a rated power of 15 output amps and AC input voltage range of 120 to 460 VAC in a non-reverse bridge. In addition to this, the 805405-1 field power module also features an electrically isolated power supply cube with its own dv/dt protection, as well as an internal AC line fuse. There is also a spontaneous combustion fixture to prevent induced voltage kick events caused by current interruption. The rectifier for the 805405-1 field power module consists of a total of four SCRS, all of which are configured for full wave Bridges. The isolation transformer is an optional component of the module.
