Installation and maintenance requirements

1. Cabinet layout
The distance between the controller and the I/O module should be no less than 100mm (heat dissipation requirement)

• Independent grounding resistance ≤1Ω (grounding wire diameter ≥6mm²)

2. Firmware management
Critical patches must be deployed after being certified by TUV

A full diagnostic test is required for firmware upgrade

3. Spare Parts Strategy
It is recommended to reserve key modules (main processor /I/O interface modules).

Electromagnetic compatibility
Avoid installing it in the same cabinet as the frequency converter (minimum spacing 300mm)

Signal cables must use twisted-pair shielded wires (with the shielding layer grounded at a single point).

The IRIG-B input interface (optional module) is used for millisecond-level time synchronization

Change records need to be saved to an independent secure storage (SSD).
