• Model 3625N (DO 6255) is a 24 VDC digital output module with 32 output points using a common reference point. In addition to the Through/Failure/Active indicator, this module also has indicator lights to show if each of the 32 output points is on or off. This module uses the NG common Core.
• Model 3601TN (EDO 5781) is a 115 VAC digital output module with 16 outputs do not use a common reference point. In addition to the Pass/Fail/activity indicator, the module has indicators to show if each of the 16 output points is on or off. Model 3601TN has been approved for use with the Tricon V9 platform and through software that is functionally equivalent to the Tricon V10 platform.
• Model 3603TN (TSDO/HVDO 6273) is a 120 VDC digital output module with 16 outputs using a common reference point. In addition to the Pass/Fail/activity indicator, the module has indicators to show if each of the 16 output points is on or off. Model 3603TN was approved for use with the Tricon V9 platform and re-passed through software that is functionally equivalent to the Tricon V10 platform.
• Model 3607EN (EDO 5781) is a 48 VDC digital output module with 16 outputs do not use a common reference point. In addition to the Pass/Fail/activity indicator, the module has indicators to show if each of the 16 output points is on or off. Model 3607EN has been approved for use with the Tricon V9 platform and has passed software that is functional equivalent to the Tricon V10 platform.
• Model 3623TN (TSDO2 5940) is a 120 VDC supervised digital output module with 16 outputs using common reference points. In addition to the Through/Failure/Active indicators, the module has indicators to show if every 16 output points are on or off. Model 3623TN was approved for re-certification with the Tricon V9 platform and functionally equivalent software through the Tricon V10 platform.
Designed for the most critical applications, the monitor Digital Output (SDO) module meets the needs of a system whose output remains in a single state over a long period of time (in some areas of the application, for years). The SDO module receives output signals from each of the three main processor channels. Each group of three signals is then voted on by a fully fault-tolerant person. The four-fold output switch element has a mechanical power relay, and a voting output signal passes through to the field terminal. Each SDO module has voltage and current loopback circuit coupling
Sophisticated online diagnostics verify the presence of each output operating switch, field circuit and load. The design provides full fault coverage needed to affect the output signal. These modules are called “supervisory” modules.
Because fault coverage is extended to include potential field problems. In other words, the field circuit is overseen by the SDO module so that the following field failures can be detected:
• Power failure or blown fuse
• Turn on or lose load
• A short circuit causes the load to be powered on incorrectly
• Short-circuit load when the power is off
Unable to detect any field voltage output point for the power alarm supply indicator. The load alarm indicator cannot be detected. When an optional auxiliary component power supply is in use, the short-circuited load enters a state that can be detected as Off. (No 3611E AC module is provided on this model.) All SDO modules support hot spare capabilities, which require a separate cable interface from the external terminal panel (ETPTricon backplane).
