Product Introduction

The IO bus of MasterLogic-200 PLC uses the IO physical medium of fast Ethernet. It supports both electrical Ethernet and optical Ethernet. With electrical Ethernet, the communication distance between nodes is 100 meters, and with optical Ethernet, the communication distance between nodes is 2 kilometers. The controller and the bus interface module are directly integrated with two bus interfaces, without additional configuration of communication network cards; Redundant ring network can be built as IO bus without switch, which improves the reliability and availability of the system. No switching or photoelectric conversion module is required to construct a hybrid network with co-existing electrical and optical fiber media.

In the bus communication protocol, MasterLogic-200 PLC uses Honeywell internal communication protocol, under the premise of ensuring speed, to solve the Ethernet is not suitable for industrial real-time control shortcomings. The MasterLogic-200 also supports self-diagnosis, self-organization, and self-healing of the IO bus while ensuring stable and efficient IO communication.
