Description
There are several accessories to the 723PLUS Digital Controls. Part 9907-205, Woodward’s Hand Held Programmer, plugs into one of the serial ports on this unit and is used to adjust the 8280-1001 control. Watch Window Software (part number 8923-932) may also make adjustments via PC. 723PLUS Manual 02877 has additional details on accessories compatible with part 8280-1001.
This digital control is CSA Certified for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, & D, and is Compliant with EMC Directive 2004/108/EC and Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC. 723PLUS Digital Control Product Specification 02876 has full details on compliance and listings of Woodward part 8280-1001.
Woodward part number 8280-1001 is a 723PLUS digital controller with dual speed input. These inputs can be used with magnetic pickups (MPUs) or proximity switches, making the control suitable for a variety of applications including load sharing systems and applications with torsional filtering. Woodward 723PLUS controls, such as this one, consist of a single printed circuit board mounted in a sheet metal chassis.
