8327-1600 Overspeed safety device

Description

Model 8237-1600 can be configured to work with turbines of any size, as long as it is powered by steam, gas or water. The speed reading of the hyperaccelerator is between 4 and 20 mA. If it starts to accelerate dangerously, the model will safely shut down a turbine of any size. The panel is installed with a backplane structure for easy maintenance and replacement. The Model 8237-1600 can be easily integrated into any turbine system and comes with Modbus communication. In addition to acceleration detection, it is also equipped with MPU detection. The coating of the product makes it resistant to sulfur contamination and can be used in 3C2 environments. It has the IEC 721-3-3 1994 international standard.
It uses three independent tripping relays, as well as low – and high-voltage power inputs. Models 8237-1600 also use a two-thirds voting architecture. The overspeed detection device has a three-module design and can be repaired while the system is online. One module can work while the other two are running.
