The 9907-162 is one of several Woodward devices. Woodward is one of the oldest and leading manufacturers of digital control equipment, designing the 505 and 505E control unit models. These devices employ microprocessor-based setups to properly operate and simplify steam turbine operations of all sizes.

The unit is numbered 9907-162. The device is capable of running the turbine by using one or two segmented actuators to drive the inlet steam valve. The 9907-162 is one of the Woodward 505 modules designed to operate steam turbines for single extraction and/or access applications.

The early steam turbine regulation system mainly consists of mechanical parts and hydraulic parts, and mainly relies on liquid as the working medium to transmit information. This kind of adjustment system has low precision, slow response, fixed operating characteristics, and can not be adjusted in time according to the speed changes other than signal adjustment needs, and the adjustment function is less.
There are two main reasons for vibration in the operation of cross-flow fan:

(1) Cross-flow fan collision occurs in the process of use, or the material of the blade of the cross-flow fan is not good, resulting in vibration of the wind wheel of the cross-flow fan after it turns up.

(2) The cross-flow fan does not match the peripheral equipment, and the air duct is blocked, which will also cause vibration of the cross-flow fan and other equipment after assembly
